Building a one-person AI studio
A product used to take a team: developer, designer, copywriter. Now it takes an idea, a laptop and the right chain of tools.
My studio's staff: me plus AI. I'm the director; the model is the entire crew.
I learned this early: AI accelerates mediocre work; good work only comes out of good questions. The quality of the input is the quality of the studio.
My rhythm: deep work in the morning, content in the afternoon, learning at night. Tesla was right — deep work doesn't happen in a crowd.
The real risk of a one-person studio isn't technical, it's rhythm. Don't rely on motivation; build a system: a calendar, a publish day, measurement.
Collect a portfolio, not tools: every project advertises the next. Düşün is this studio's first production.
A one-person studio isn't working alone; it's choosing to stay small. Small is fast.
